License activation fails
Symptoms: “Invalid license” or network error on activate.
Try:
- Confirm key copied fully from receipt (no extra spaces)
- Check internet connection
- Confirm you haven’t exceeded 2 active devices
- Email support@kingmakeranalytics.com with order ID
Gmail sign-in fails
Symptoms: Browser OAuth loop or “access blocked”.
Try:
- Confirm you’re using a supported Google account
- If Gmail sign-in is unavailable for your account, contact support — access may be limited during pre-release rollout
- Revoke old Inbox Maid access at Google Account Permissions and retry

OpenAI errors
Symptoms: Model errors, rate limits, or “OpenAI not ready”.
Try:
- Verify API key in Settings → Connected Accounts
- Confirm billing active at OpenAI
- Reduce batch size on Run Cleanup
- Check Model Health panel for diagnostics
Windows SmartScreen blocks installer
Symptoms: “Windows protected your PC” on unsigned installer.
Try:
- Click More info → Run anyway (only if downloaded from inboxmaid.com)
- Wait for signed release — check Download page
Credential storage unavailable
Symptoms: Runs blocked; keyring error.
Try:
- Settings → Revalidate Credential Storage
- Confirm Windows Credential Manager is available
- Restart app
Run completes with warnings (degraded)
Try:
- Reduce Emails to process now
- Check Gmail connectivity
- Review Model Health
- Re-run preview before live apply
Export diagnostic bundle
Settings → Privacy & Data → Export diagnostic bundle — attach to support email. Bundle excludes secrets, license data, and email bodies.
