What Inbox Maid does with Gmail
Inbox Maid requests access to your Gmail account so it can read messages, apply labels, and move messages to Trash based on your instructions and settings. This access is used only to provide the inbox management features you enable.
Inbox Maid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Preview runs use read-only access. Modify access is requested only when live apply requires it.

On your Windows PC
- OAuth tokens and API keys (Windows Credential Manager)
- Preferences, triage settings, run history (local app data folder)
- License activation cache
Not on Kingmaker servers
- Your email bodies
- LLM prompts and responses
- A centralized copy of your mailbox
Third parties you authorize
- Google — Gmail API per your runs
- OpenAI — LLM requests with your API key, per your privacy setting
- Lemon Squeezy (or future payment provider) — purchase and license validation only
OpenAI and privacy levels
You choose how much message content may be sent to OpenAI:

Private Preview runs are designed to use Maximum-equivalent privacy protections.
Google Limited Use
Inbox Maid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
Your controls
- Disconnect Gmail in-app or via Google Account permissions
- Delete local data in Settings removes app data and stored credentials
- Export a diagnostic bundle for support (excludes secrets and email bodies)
